POLICY

Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 2 August 2026

These Terms and Conditions apply to the website, online courses, private tutoring, and related services provided by Mohammad Anabtawi Photography.

By using this website, submitting an inquiry, or purchasing a course or tutoring service, you agree to these terms.

Course Information

Course descriptions, schedules, prices, learning outcomes, and included services will be displayed on the relevant course page.

Please review all course information carefully before completing your enrollment.

Enrollment and Payment

Enrollment is confirmed only after full payment has been successfully received.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe or another approved payment provider. You are responsible for providing accurate contact, billing, and enrollment information.

Any discounts or early-enrollment prices apply only during the stated promotional period and cannot normally be applied retrospectively.

Course Schedule

Live sessions will be delivered according to the published schedule.

Mohammad Anabtawi Photography may reasonably change a session date, time, instructor arrangement, or delivery method when required because of illness, technical problems, emergencies, or circumstances outside reasonable control.

Where possible, affected students will be notified in advance and offered an alternative session, replacement class, recording, or another reasonable solution.

Attendance and Recordings

Students are responsible for attending live sessions at the correct date and time.

Where session recordings are included, they will be available only for the stated access period. Recordings are provided for enrolled students and may not be downloaded, shared, copied, published, sold, or distributed unless permission is provided in writing.

Access to a recording does not guarantee eligibility for a certificate if attendance, assignments, or final-project requirements have not been met.

Assignments and Certificates

Course assignments, participation requirements, and certificate criteria will be explained before or during the course.

Certificates are issued only to students who meet the stated completion requirements.

A course certificate confirms participation or successful completion. It does not represent an academic degree, government accreditation, professional licence, or employment qualification unless expressly stated otherwise.

Private Tutoring

Private tutoring content, duration, schedule, location, and fees will be agreed upon before payment.

Tutoring recommendations may be adapted to the student’s goals, equipment, experience, and progress. Purchasing private tutoring does not guarantee a particular creative, professional, commercial, or financial result.

Cancellations and Refunds

Any cancellation, transfer, or refund terms applicable to a course or private tutoring service will be stated before payment.

Please review the applicable terms carefully before making a payment.

Nothing in these terms is intended to remove any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Student Conduct

Students must communicate respectfully and must not disrupt live sessions, harass other participants, misuse course platforms, or share another participant’s personal information or work without permission.

Access may be suspended or terminated in cases of serious misconduct, unlawful activity, repeated disruption, payment fraud, or unauthorised sharing of course materials.

Course Materials and Copyright

All slides, videos, recordings, photographs, demonstrations, assignments, worksheets, written materials, branding, and course resources remain the intellectual property of Mohammad Anabtawi Photography or their respective rights holders.

Course materials are licensed to enrolled students for personal educational use only.

You may not reproduce, record, modify, upload, publish, sell, teach from, distribute, or commercially use course materials without prior written permission.

Student Photographs

Students retain ownership of the photographs they create and submit during a course or tutoring session.

Submitting work for critique gives Mohammad Anabtawi Photography permission to display and discuss that work privately within the relevant class or learning environment.

Student photographs will not be used publicly for marketing, social media, or promotional purposes without separate permission.

Technology Requirements

Students are responsible for having suitable internet access, compatible equipment, required software, and a device capable of joining online sessions.

Mohammad Anabtawi Photography is not responsible for missed classes or interrupted access caused by a student’s internet connection, device, software, equipment, local restrictions, or incorrect login information.

Reasonable assistance may be provided, but uninterrupted access to third-party platforms cannot be guaranteed.

Third-Party Services

The website and courses may use third-party services such as Stripe, video-conferencing platforms, email providers, website hosting, analytics tools, or course-management platforms.

Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Educational Results

Photography development depends on attendance, practice, assignments, equipment familiarity, personal effort, and the application of feedback.

No specific artistic, professional, commercial, financial, or employment result is guaranteed.

Website Information

Reasonable efforts are made to keep website information accurate and current. However, course dates, availability, content, pricing, and features may occasionally be corrected or updated.

Obvious pricing or technical errors do not create an entitlement to purchase a service at an incorrect price.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Mohammad Anabtawi Photography will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the website, participation in a course, reliance on educational content, or interruption of a third-party service.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability where exclusion is not permitted by applicable law.

Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a course or private tutoring service independently.

Participants under 18 require approval and enrollment by a parent or legal guardian.

Privacy

Personal information is handled according to the Privacy Policy published on this website.

Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated when the website, courses, services, or applicable requirements change.

The latest version will be published on this page with its updated date. Changes will not unfairly remove rights relating to a purchase already completed.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any dispute should first be raised directly so that a reasonable resolution can be attempted.
